This bathroom was a full remodel of a space that hadn’t been updated since the 1940s. We completely gutted the room and started fresh, taking it from the early vision to mockups and eventually bringing the design to life. Because the home is a 1940s bungalow, preserving its original character was a huge priority throughout the process. Mosaic tile, classic plumbing fixtures, and polished brass finishes were chosen to feel timeless and true to the home. The result is a space that nods to the past while bringing in plenty of fresh charm.
Design Inspiration & Moodboards
These moodboards come together during our first design meeting, and it’s where the creative process really kicks off! We start pulling together colors, materials, architectural details, and inspiration to begin shaping the vision for your home and exploring where the design could go. It’s a fun, collaborative step that helps make sure we’re aligned on the overall look and feel before moving into selections. Depending on the scope of the project, this can include both interior and exterior spaces and from there we can jump into mockups and renderings to start bringing the design to life!
